Winter Edition (update):
Another 10 strong and motivated AIESECers applied for the Exchange Scholarships; we had 5 finalists and selected
3 winners. We couldn't be happier for the second round of members that will leave on exchange this winter.
Summer Edition:
17 strong and motivated AIESECers, 8 finalists and 5 winners. Yes, 5, not 4. It was a hard decision to make, but we couldn't be happier for the first members that will have an international experience this summer.

"I am so happy right now and all I can think about is how my internship will look, where it will be, how many new people will i meet and what's more important how many lives will i have the chance to impact.
The fact that this year all I did was to send people in exchange and see how this impacted them, makes me think how great it will be when I will return from my internship and I will be able to share my own story in order to convince many more students to take part of this amazing experience." |

Being a trainer in Local Trainers Team of AIESEC in Cluj-Napoca, I have an important role in delivering trainings and team-buildings, both within the organization and other NGOs. I have a background in Public Relations, but my real passion lies in organizing events. So far I have organized two national conferences in AIESEC and I had a key position in an event management agency.

So, what can I can truly say about myself is that I am a traveler. I love to explore new things, cultures, people, nature, everything. I don’t think it’s a must to do this in another country, but to start with every place that is near me and discover it’s own beauty. I also like to live my life to the fullest and put passion and energy in everything I do. I love arts in general and I am a Rock’n’Roll lover! I think I will bring back in Romania from this internship besides a lot of memories and life lessons, a change agent: me. I think that if you want to start a movement, you have to see and understand your own person, so I can tell for sure that when I will come back, I’ll be a total different person, more solution oriented, open minded and motivated change something in my own country this time.

”The word “routine” is not part of my vocabulary and I see myself as a reliable, positive and caring person who supports and promotes change. The experience acquired during my exchange will surely be meaningful and relevant to my home community. Why? Because I will come back with an adrenaline rush which will make me crave for more, achieve more and I will, at the same time, become a passionate storyteller so as to persuade others to follow in my footsteps. Because after all… “vreau o tară ca afară”

”I am a girl who doesn't like the common things and loves to put her personality in everything she does. I’m energetic, talkative and I love to listen to people's stories because this is what makes us special and unique. The Exchange Experience is an adventure where you have no idea what the final destination is going to look like, but this thing shouldn't scare you, it should motivate you to give your best and create an impact. These are things I believe in, and I wish to bring a change not only in my life, but also in the lives of my dear ones.”

”I haven’t been so happy for a long time. I’m aware of the fact that now I can make one of my dreams came true. To introduce myself in a few words I would say I am an enthusiastic, friendly, introspective, reliable, open minded person, things which will help me to discover the country and to bring back in Romania a complete changed person, a person that will be able to change easier people’s mentality and to make them believe more in themselves.”

”The more I think of words to describe myself, I feel like I’m trying to remember the lyrics of a song that I both hate and love. Most of the time I feel like 737 persons in one. I like to eat snowflakes. And the world excites me. At an exercise people were forced to say what they appreciate about me, they said „You are always laughing”. (kidding, not forced, obligated. kidding). After this experience, I’ll come back with my version of Global Citizen and all that it meant for me.”

”I am a dynamic, creative and happy person, passionate about paper crafting and enthusiastic about people and travelling. Being an AIESECer for 2 years, I built a desire to bring my own change in the world through Global Citizen. That’s how Creative Seed was born and that’s how my dream to help children discover their creative side came to life. I’m starting with 6 weeks of creative workshops in Toluca, Mexico, so that afterwards I can come back in Iași and build another 6 more weeks for the kids here.”
